About This Course

Normally, your great performance will get rewarded, whether by promotion, recognition, a raise in pay or all of the above. But, with all of this success, there’s a chance for a huge pitfall that very few know about. When you're really, really great at your job, it’s likely that you'll ultimately be seen as indispensable. While most people will tell you that being indispensable is a good thing, even something to strive for if you want your career to go well, there’s a major risk associated with being indispensable. In this course, you will learn what that risk is.
