Health and Wellness: Physical Activity ASU


Co-designed by Mayo Clinic and the ASU Center for Mindfulness, Resilience and Compassion, learners will be guided through a variety of mindfulness, self-compassion, and meaning-making exercises in order to build a skillset.

What you'll learn:

This course provide evidence-based approaches to physical activity and a vast array of whole-person health considerations. In addition to content from the Mayo Clinic Library, expert interviews and short tutorials are included, as well as knowledge-checks and personal challenges.
